眾所皆知,LeBron James在今夏加盟騎士後就開始拼命減重,並且十分成功。如今他的體
型已經與上賽季判若兩人,或許這會讓他在新賽季打出新的高峰。
而他在接受採訪時也透露了自己減肥的辛苦,稱:“已經連續67天了,我從不吃糖,不吃
奶製品,不吃任何碳水化合物。平時只吃一些肉類,像魚肉。還有蔬菜和水果。”
LeBron在自己的社群網站上也經常分享減肥餐,如何吃得飽,保證訓練所需的營養,還要
減重絕對是門學問。LeBron曾發過一大盤雞肉沙拉的照片,裡面含有芒果、草莓和綠葉菜
,雞肉的做法也很簡單,絕對不能經過油炸,而是烤箱烤熟。
他也不能吃甜點,只有把拌黃瓜當做小點心。在他跟家人去希臘度假的時候,他就曾發圖
抱怨自己不能吃好吃的點心,面前擺著一盤做成國王王冠形狀的巧克力甜點,他寫道:“
我不能吃!!哼!!!”
而減肥成功後的他則發了一張自己穿著灰色西裝的圖片,身材十分瘦削,已經屬於“穿衣
顯瘦,脫衣有肉”的類型,而他也很欣慰地寫道:“克服了各種艱辛和考驗,在你獨自思
索的時候你會發現自己的影子會一直支持你!”
